OUR STORY
Eye B Music was founded in 2009 in London, England, but with a global ambition. The idea was born where Co-Founder Sean Eubank aka Sean E wanted to take a different approach to how labels are run and how labels generate revenue streams, exploring ideas that are generally not associated with what it means to be a record label.
Eye B Music's focus has always been is discovering new artists in Jamaica and has been amazed by the region’s endless source of talent and creativity, Sean E found it equally disturbing that the music industry’s complexity and legacy structures made it practically impossible for independent artists in these countries to get their music out into the world affectively. The music industry was broken at the time, so he decided to fix it.
Following the music industry transformation over the last few decades, we’ve pivoted from being a reimagined record label into a global, digital artist services company, dedicated to power the exploding global community of independent artists.
